Krista can meet you, in fact one of the puppies that's here will be living in Virginia. Shipping is offered, personally I've not used that way yet...Krista's going to take care of that too, I do know that it'll cost around $275.00. Please take advantage of becoming a web site member so you'll be notified when your new addition is born. Email me: PoodleLadysc@aol.com

Hi Nancy! I live in VA, and I was wondering if it would be possible to meet in the Greensboro or Charlotte, NC area to pick my perfect little puppy when that time comes?  I did read about shipping but I'm not sure how that works. Do you mind filling me in on how the shipping works and how far your friend will drive to meet for drop off?

Thanks!

Hey Karen, I'll send you an invitation to become a web site member. Members are notified when puppies are born. The tiny girl pictured on the nursery page is the tiniest in the litter, she'll probably weigh 3-4 pounds when grown. If you want more info please email PoodleLadysc@aol.com Thank you.

Good afternoon.  I hope you 're having a wonderful Sunday afternoon.  I'm interesting in purchasing a male yorkiepoo.  Can you notify me when the 10 & 15 Feb 2012 litters are available?  Also, can you provide more information to include a picture of the "runt" of January's liter?  Thanks.

Hey Lucy, Thanks for asking...Yorkiepoos love attention, but are able to adjust to almost any situation. I have two females (only 2 weeks old) available for a deposit.

Hi, I'm very interested in purchasing a female yorkipoo. Are there any available? Also, I live in a small apartment, and work all day, so would a yorkie poo be too high energy for a small apartment? Thank you!

I know how excited you are to get him next weekend. I believe that he has overcame the sugar issue, but I still give him nutrical a couple times a day. You can get this at the vet or a pet supply place. He's used to being with the other puppies and loves the toy that you brought (good idea). When he's alone he may whine a little until he gets used to things without the others. See you soon!

Dear Nancy,

we are getting ready for our precious to come home; but I need your help and suggestion to make this transition easier for him. Im worried about leaving him home alone when we are at work. Is he going to freak out? We bought him a big crate and ofcourse we gonna have plenty of water and food for him there. What else do you recommand for us to do? Also, what can I do to prevent him from having an episodes with hypoglacemia? Looking forward to hear from you.

I have 3 females available for a deposit. They were born 12/06 so they're not old enough to leave. I have a tiny adult female that I'd consider finding a home for. She'll be 2 years old on 1/01/12, tan and just a doll! If you're interested in her please contact me through email: PoodleLadysc@aol.com

Thanks for asking Christina, my puppies are tiny and average 3-6 pounds when grown. I prefer that puppies stay here for at least 7 weeks, sometimes longer depending on their size. As soon as puppies arrive I post the info on here with a picture of the litter. When they're appx. 2 weeks old and their eyes are open, I post individual pictures weekly of the ones that haven't been reserved. I'd love it if you want to come and meet the puppies. :) I'm going to send an invitation for you to become a web site member because you'll be notified about the newborns before I post it on the site.

Hello Ms. Fowler!!! We are the happy owners of a lil boy yorkie-poo and I would so love to have a little girl yorkie poo. I do have a few questions for you. The females that are currently pregnant how big do you predict there babies to get? How old are they when they are ready to come home with their new owners? Once puppies are born do you post the pics for people to pic which one they want? What I would really like to do is possibly come and pick one out in person with our children, something about the puppy picking you out instead of vice versa that I just find very special. Would that be a possibility? Sorry for all the questions. I do look forward to hearing back from you!

Sincerely,

Christina Kennedy

I can't find my ruler, but I'd guess 4-5 inches. Small puppies will do most of their growing in the first 4 months and taper off. She might weigh 5 pounds by 1 year old. As long as your puppy is eating and active, there's nothing to be concerned about.

No Katie your doggies aren't fat. Some dogs are lazy, eat too much and get no exercise. As long as they're active, you'll have nothing to worry about. I'm hoping that Shellie's prego, but she's not showing yet. :) Looks like I might be a little busy in a few weeks, huh?

Hey Nancy-

I was just reading your response to Bambi about puppies not over eating. Does that mean that since I'm leaving food out for my girls all the time that they could be over eating?

Also, I saw that both girls' moms are pregnant!! I might have to be doing some sweet talking to that hubby of mine! Haha. :)

Giving her nutri cal is good because it increases vitamins and boosts sugar levels. although it isn't necessary to give it until she's full grown. Do not limit her food intake, always leave it around for her. There's really no certain amount because she won't over eat at this age. And so what if she has a little 'baby fat' lol? You want to keep her belly full.

Hey Jason, These little doggies don't shed so they're great for people with allegies. Everyone that gets a puppy is very pleased have never wanted to return their puppy for any reason which I love! You need to be sure of the decision to adopt one because I can't take them back if you change your mind, (It's highly unlikely that you would want to anyway). Good luck and hope to hear from you soon!

Good Morning,

I saw your ad in the online charlotteobserver, which led me to your website. It looks like you have been in the breeding business for a long time. I would like to get your opinion about purchasing a puppy. I have a seven year old girl whom loves dogs and has wanted one for a long time now. The problem is a have a three year old boy that has allergy problems. I would hate to purchase a puppy only to found out once home my son has a bad reaction to the dog. I am sure you have ran into this issue before and I am not sure what the standard practice is for most breeders. Do you all allow the return of a puppy minus restock fee for customers whom change their minds or have adjustment problems? Just wandering.

Thank you for your time,

Jason

Black usually stays black with a few exceptions. Gray puppies are born black and since you mentioned brown highlights they may change colors. Good question...however, the only thing to answer it is time. Tell your friend congrats and good luck!

hi nancy i had a quick question for you, my girlfriend mated her toy size all white poodle 3pounds with her toy yorkie terrier 4lbs and all four of the puppies came out black with highlights of brown on their fur some have a dab of white does this mean they will all grow to be jet black? just curious they all weighed 2oz born july 5th

At this time only 4 females have been bred. Three of them including Chinah will be first time 'moms' so I'm not sure what to expect. Deposits aren't accepted until after puppies are born. I think you're a web site member so you should be notified, but keep checking just in case. Several females are in heat now and their puppies won't be available until Nov or Dec. Hopefully I'll talk to you soon!

Nancy,

I was curious as to which of your expected mothers usually produces a "tan/red" puppy?  Chinah?  If so, I would like to reserve one of her puppies (preferrably female) for the September time frame.

Thank You

Nikki

Hello, recently I bought a yorkie poo from a local guy, I got papers and a health guarantee. She is beautiful! I am a little worried though, he told us she is 7 weeks old and was eating dry puppy food with a little water to make it soft, well I can not get her to eat it she just licks the water off the food so I bought some of the soft canned food and not having any luck with it either. I just went out and bought a bottle and some puppy formula she wont even let me get it near her mouth. She is very playful and seems to be happy and maybe even a little spoiled! Should I be worried about her eating habits?
